de bone the chicken, or buy boneless chicken, get a gallon size freezer bag put chicken in it, pour in italian dressing, set it in the fridge for 2-3hrs, take it out of bag, place in pan, put it in oven at 350 for about 30 minutes----mmm....mmm good

It takes some patience and a few hours and a sharp knife. I once spent an entire afternoon cutting up a chicken learning how to debone it and get the right cuts from the bird. But I ended up with two 12 oz. boneless chicken breasts by the end!

I think I was following instructions from Cook's Illustrated.

First you have to get a boneless rooster and a boneless hen, introduce them over some nice wine and excuse yourself for the evening.

Now that I think about it, if the rooster is boneless....that might cause an issue with the actual creation of boneless offspring!

You can buy chicken boneless or you can buy chicken parts and remove the bones !!

Have you ever seen one of those boneless chicken farms? There are floppy chickens hanging all over the place.

Take the bones out. LOL! Or just buy Tyson Chicken PRE-pared and then re-cook them.

season it to your own taste then wrap bacon around it and bake at 400 for about 30 minutes (depending on the size) turn oven off put a slice of cheese on each one just until the cheese melts ! It is very good!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
