Good but difficult question. My gut feeling is to keep quiet. If you are good friends with your friend, then I think you let things work themselves out in their relationship. It is possible that she may break up with him soon. Then you will be free to see him if you wish.
If you tell him, you run the risk of alienating both of them. He may not believe you and think you are just saying this to break them up. Your good friend will be pissed at you for telling her boyfriend that she cheated.

To who do you feel a stronger bond? Look, its none of your business, but since you are involved, I would inform her that he is your friend as well and that she needs to hide her flings from you as well. You don't need to become a party to her transgressions. Otherwise she will force your hand. As the bearer of bad news you may lose both of them should you report he actions to him. For now you are safe. You seem to already have you mind made up. Either way, she's going to keep you somewhat out of the loop now.

I also had the same situation, only that I was in love with the girl who got cheated on. If you have this urge in you that won't let you rest untill you told the guy , then take your chances. Plus, I hope you are not in love with the guy, because it turns out disasterous, trust me, I know this from experience.

Stay well out of it. Tell your friend that you are not comfortable being around her because of what she has done and stay well back. If she confesses to her bloke and they break up you need to give him time to get over her or you will become a revenge shag - believe me I know what I'm talking about.

I have been in this situation before and I told the boy that she cheated on him because it wasn't right and I know that he would do the same thing for me.

This sounds like one of those "well it depends on the exact situation" type of things.
Why not encourage your girlfriend to come clean?

Best mind your own. You'll turn out to be the bad person in all this if you don 't.

Dont say anything. She is your friend & she may not forgive you for tellin him. Try & talk to her so that she can tell him on her own.
