There are two ways to lose weight: diet and exercise. So with that in mind, you can either lose weight by reducing the amount of calories that you eat, or you could exercise and burn off all of the extra calories. My suggestion would be to do a combination of the two. Find a healthy eating plan that will work for you, and get signed up for a gym. Work out with a trainer a couple of times and let them know your goals. I would emphasize cardiovascular training as well as weight lifting (small weight, lots of reps). Circuit training sounds like it could work very well for you. Look up a circuit training gym in your area. They tend to be less expensive than traditional gyms and will give you a total body workout in a short amount of time (i.e.- lose weight from all parts of your body FAST!).

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Stop eating fast food and junk food, and excercise, excercise, excercise. Even if its walking, excercise is the key, you must burn more calories than you take in.
