I would try to search on the net for an online therapist for a while at least to get a better idea of whats going on with you. Sometimes its easier not to be face to face and it made it less uncomfortable for me. They may even turn out to be fantasic and you would then feel ok about going to c them. This way u don t need to c ur GP. However u should nt worry that ur GP won t believe you. They will have seen others before u with problems similar if not identical so don t be scared. The most important thing is that u get help. Lots of luck.

Hi, first of all how old are you? and if you are 18 years or older all you need to do is find the nearest mental health clinic by logging on to your computer, you need not be afraid to talk to the people there they are professionals and will see to you getting the help you need ok. and if you are under 18 years old tell your parents or a person whom you can trust the first step is always the hardest ,but you must step up to the plate and tell those voices to leave you alone and dont listen to them the reason why i say this is because i have 2 brothers like you and i do take them to the clinics for help all the time, dont be shame go and get some help please , once you start your medication you will feel a whole lot better .

Don't suffer in silence you must Se your GP. insist on help and take it. Try to work out what triggers you to self harm then you may be able to start controlling it. If you have had medical treatment you should have been offered help. Good Luck only think happy thoughts.

If health Insurance is an issue, check out your non profit mental health facilities in your area.

Social services can help you.

How old are you? Is this something that your parents should know?

Telling someone is the hardest part... but you would be suprised at how many people want to help.

What you are going through is a horrible dark thing. You can't do it alone and you really need to open up and ask for help... Trust someone.

Your life can be better... I promise!

bypass back on your well being care expert, tell them precisely the type you experience and spot in the event that they are in a position to get you into some form of rehab programme for the drugs and alcohol, and ask if there is different issues they are in a position to do for the different issues you're dealing with mutually with counselling or cognitive behavioural scientific care. i'm hoping I surely have helped to respond to your quesrion, stable success. in case you pick any help or advice email me.

God Almighty is your best Healer. Nothing is impossible with God. Come to Him with repentance and obedience, and you will be blessed.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.

The best thing to do would be to go to your gp and tell them, honestly, what is wrong, and what is bothering you. They will know the help thats available where you are, and they will know how to help you.
Well done for wanting help xx
