It is easier to interact with a girl who is outgoing, but I like shy girls too. Shy girls make the chase more interesting.

Usually guys tend to go after girls who are outgoing...they're fun and they grab your attention.

Maybe a better question would have been "do guys stick with girls who are shy or more outgoing?" Because I can tell you that shy guys usually won't catch an outgoing girl...and if they do, the relationship is pretty much doomed - the same way that a shy girl just wouldn't do well with an outgoing guy. Sure, there can be chemistry there, but in the long run, he's going to want to go out to nightclubs, you're going to want to stay home and cuddle. Not a lot of future there.

With love, opposites may attract, but they certainly don't make for a long-lasting relationship.

I absolutely prefer more outgoing girls! Personally, for me, it's not about a particular look. What's really attractive to me is a girl with self confidence above all else. I'm not particular when it comes to a girl's physical attributes such as body style, eye color, hair color or style and definitely not the clothes. But a girl must have self-confidence.

Most of all, I like a girl who knows what she wants and how to get it. You girls have these special little ways of letting us guys know you are interested in us without necessarily coming on like a cheap *****. Things like moving in close enough to let us smell your perfume, flashing a bright smile, a quick glancing bit of eye contact, a gentle touch of the hand (especially on my bicep, chest or abs) these things send all the right signals to a guy while still allowing a girl to maintaining her lady like dignity. But the bottom line is, a girl that has the confidence to know what she likes and how to get it can be especially alluring!!! If you don't have self-confidence, it's not going anywhere with me.

What input is needed and to whom

Guys like girls that are really shy, but girls like guys that are really having good qualities.

I can't talk for all males of the species, but in my own personnal case:

I like girls who seem more shy in every day activities, or in public for example... But then become very outgoing and extroverted during sex! Sorry if I offended you, but that's how I like them...

See, I am often turned off by outgoing people in general, and maybe I feel "threatened" by outgoing women (who knows?), so that's why preference leans towards the shy type who isn't afraid of what she wants in bed...

Cheers!

Depends on the level of confidence that the female has. There are a lot of outgoing people who are very insecure inside. But there are a lot of shy people who are very confident in who they are. So myself it would not matter providing they are real and have confidence in themselves.

Depends on the guy's nature. Some like one, some the other.
