Saliva. It sure saves the money! My ex boyfriend and I used to use saliva when I had lubrication problems due to antidepressant treatment. Now that I'm off my meds the lubrication comes naturally thank goodness!

KY is the best to use. It is a water based lubricant. I don't know any names of other lubricants that are out there, but I'm sure you can find them at "adult" stores.
DO NOT use Vaseline... it is not water based and can cause some infections and other serious problems.
