my daughter stays with her father & his wife temporaily i talk to my child every day we have a very open relationship she knows she can talk to me about anything and she takes me up on tyjis all the time and she assures me that she not ready to have sex and i believe her to the fullest you only can trust and believe until there has been a breech in the trust and we dont have this but since my ex wife daughter has sex she wants to out my child on the pill because they dont have the trust that me and my child have she wants to put my child on them thats not her call

Thats not her call your child doesn't need them. You need to step in here and tell her to mind her own business it's not her daughter.

Well its not up to the step mom BUT have you considered that she is the one who is home when your daughter comes home from a date. That maybe she is seeing some behavior you are not. She is not your enemy she could be a concerned step mom who worries about your child. Just consider that she may be right.

If you are really concerned about this, see a lawyer. You can get an injunction to stop them depending on the age of your daughter.

Hooray for your daughter not wanting to be sexually active, and hopefully that will continue. However, the custodial parent does get to make these types of decisions. You can certainly voice your opinion.

if you are the childs mother and have custody rights, you should DEFINATELY be making the decisions regarding whether or not she takes birth control pills- get your kid back home and out of that
