No more taxes, don't have to care about politics since you can't vote, three squares, free college education, don't have to work anymore. You get cable, can make phone calls. some even run their businesses out of the joint. it doesn't slow them down at all.

I'm guessing you mean versus the death penalty. In the United States it's actually cheaper to keep someone imprisoned for life than to pay for the mandatory appeals process and the actual execution.
