My Face is very red right now to be more specific I have a bunch of little red dots all over my face that look like freckles and no I don't have the chicken pox. Is their any way that I can cover them besides using makeup and how can I get rid of them faster because I usually have them for 2 weeks. HELP

sounds like an allergic reaction! take an antihistamine, and you can go to the doctor if that doesn't work. they can check to make sure its not something more serious. you can try a coverup that is your skin color, but make sure its hypoallergenic or it will make it worse. GOOD LUCK!!

Go see ur doctor and ask for a referral to a dermatologist. Don't mess around with your face. You don't want to end up being scared the rest of ur life by trying weird things. Just go to the doc.

its sounds to me like roseashea (spelling?) you can see a dermatologist and they also offer a special make up for it you could try a "real" make up counter they could help you find a good product it may be more expensive then say walmart but you get what you pay for:)
