What did you do? You should just be honest. Say why you did it, or if you just weren't thinking. Don't be penetrated by stares. Look them in the eye. Don't be afraid of them, you're already in trouble.

If you have written your letter and you were sincere about being sorry then either hand them the letter or read them the letter. Do not look down, but look them in the eye. Do not be a smart aleck but accept your responsiblity and your punishment. Let them know you have learned from your mistake and that you will do your best to improve your behavior. Be pleasant. You are a valuable person who has made a poor decision.

Well first take responsibilities for your behavior. Yes you made a mistake but now you learn from it (hopefully) Yes you should be scare that's good cause that means your concise is working. Write that letter of apologize and listen to what is being told to you and learn that part of life hard knocks.

Hi, Its okay and natural to be scared and nervous, so dont worry if you cant hide it.
Hold your head high, speak clearly and give honest answers, even if its 'I dont know why I did it..'
speak your apology with confidence and show you are eager to learn from your mistakes.
We all make mistakes, thats how we do most of our learning.
Ask what you can do to make amends.
Pray for strength and you'll get it.
All the best

Oh, yikes. It sounds like you've really decided you want to go back to school and to change your behavior in the future. Just be sincere, and it doesn't hurt to let them know you're scared. Sometimes people can misread fear and think you don't care or that you're hostile. Best luck. Let us know how it goes.

ADD: Okay -- so how did the meeting go?

Whatever you do just be honest. Remember, they were all young once too and they weren't perfect. Just BE HONEST bottomline, regardless of what you have done. Honesty is huge and hopefully you learned from your mistake. Nobody is perfect and they aren't either. So, learn from this and move on. Hope it goes well for you.

I know yopu have little time, SO i WILL TRY to be fast.

First-Presence. I ignore if you are male or female, but it could help to dress and behave like "most normal and decent people"

Second-Promise a change and really keep your word(if you dont you are DEAD) for as long......

Third- Avoid bad mates.
