I´d like to receive Australian´s card in my residence ?

Not sure what you are asking. But if you mean getting permanent residency in Australia then go to the link below. It is the Department of Immigration and Multicultural affairs.

Otherwise... there is no such thing as Australian card (yet) and you wouldn't be able to get one anyway unless you are an Australian citizen.
