I always feel that got is either trying to get me to do something or testing me to see if I learned anything. I wish I could better figure it out.

For an example, I have been reading a book about money. One rule is to save money to invest and the other rule is to invest wisely. Lately a co-worker was saying if he has $500 he could buy a piece of equipment what he could do work on the weekend for possible neighbors. He doesn't have any business really lined up and we are about to lose our jobs.
Is God wanting me to invest and not be afraid because He is going to provide, or is he wanting me to look for a better way to invest my money?

The only sign God has given recently is the death burial and ressurection of Christ. The bible if you beleive it is the word of God and contains his will, the bible tells us to not worry about these things because that is what the Heathen do.

My advise, and remember I am an nobody, but i say start looking for another job and keep investing and sabving to have something to fall back on in hard times.

It is not a good thing to look for a sign in every thing, that is waht gets a lot of pagans in trouble. I am pagan myself and yes I do beleive in signs, but we have to be careful and most people are not careful, and it amazes me that people claiming to be christian keep practicing the things we pagans do. God frobis that.

God calls you to be a good stewart of your time, talents and resources. You have to pray and decide how to be diverse. I gave some money recently because of some circumstances. I have been fine. Something always comes through for me. God also says, if you give bregrudingly and out of guilt, and not ChEERFULLY (the word means estatically overjoyed), then your giving is in vain. A daily relationship between you and God will help you decide. You just can't outgive God. :)
