You really need to go to the salon. But in the meantime, you need to buy some Prell shampoo use it. It will strip some of that color off of your hair. (my stylist told me this after a bad home dye job)

You have two choices: Either go to the salon and pay out the wazoo to get them to fix your hair or go buy a color similar to your nature color and just redye your whole head. I seriously don't recommend messing with highliting colors. For some reason they always seem to be messy.

And as a side note...red ALWAYS fades a month later. You wont win. You'll dye it, a month later it will start to become orangey and faded. I've been dying my hair red for years, love it, but it doesn't last long at all. So if you want red, go professional. Or atleast when you go to redye it use the same brand. Certain brands clash very badly!

Hope that helps

well now the salon people have to put a special thing on it its blue to white it all out piece by piece then they have to fill it ( hair ) with a specail thing as it will be stripped and pourous and then they will put on color. red adn gold hair always will be pink when dying hair red you almost have to use 2 dif reds auburn 1 part and a darker auburn 1/2 part of tube color from supply place after to make ur hair proper..

u can go to Walgreen or cvs or any drug store they sell a box..i cant remember the name..but its on the hair section..anyways it gives u back your original hair color...it takes out all those other colors and leaves u with yours..then after that if u want to dye your hair again you can..you will be happy because all those other colors wont be on your hair except for the ones u want..hope it helps
