I have a several page PDF document I would like to share with a parent of one of my students, but the last half includes the answers. Is there any way I can save just the needed pages?

Yes! Extend the page to full screen. Then make sure the area you want to save is in the viewing area of the PDF frame. Now hit PRINT SCREEN one time (it's on your keyboard kind of upper right on mine). Make sure DONT have caps LOCK on when you do that. Now go to START> PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES> then click open PAINT. At the top of paint, click EDIT then slide down to PASTE. The part of the PDF file you saved will show up. Save it to your desktop as a JPG. If that didn't get the whole part you wanted, just go back to the PDF, and do the same thing all over again, scrolling the PDF to more of what you want to save. Thats the only way I know how!

Is there a way to save (not to print) just a few pages from a PDF document? I cannot believe that nine years have passed and pdf inventors haven't found a way to enable us to do this.

Hi,

If you know photoshop, or someone who knows the program you can select the pages you want.

Photoshop Directons

Open photoshop
Select document to be opened (file then open)
You will be prompted to select the pdf page selector
Type in page number and click okay
Print

If you do not have photoshop then you can print it out or print it out and scan it for email use.

I hope this helps..
