Yes! Thank God I'm not the only one.....I"ve stopped askiing my friends if it happens to them because all I get are weird looks and no's. The funny thing is that when I wake up (always about 3/4's of the way through), I'm not touching myself or being stimulated physically by anything, so I guess it's the power of the mind. Funny, because it can't be done while I'm awake, without stimulation I mean......I could think all the dirty things I want, but I wouldn't have an orgasm....How does that happen??

Not personally, but I've come close. It is not uncommon, and many women experience them - sometimes for the first time during puberty or pregnancy when hormones are highest. How fun, you go girl ;)
