The Great Flood and Noah's Ark legend is common to the Christian, Jewish and Moslem religions. But as often occurs with religious beliefs, few have analyzed the Ark's nautical restrictions. Instead, a common belief exists that it was a simple rectangular vessel built by a single man and his extended family. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Ark's relic has been found (and re-found time and again) in the mountains of Ararat. Matching biblical parameters, it was 64% longer than any modern wooden vessel and had an (unloaded) displacement greater than that of a modern British aircraft carrier.

Yes, it took Noah 40 years to build and he also preached to the people. It has been scientifically proven that it would float.
Not all animals would have fit in the ark, such as dinosaurs, they were most likely created to eat up the vegetation. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't most of the bones found of dinosaurs no where near the area where Noah lived. Aren't there a lot in the U.S.? Most of the fish and water mammals would be able to survive in the water. God brought the animals to Noah that he wanted to survive.

You can ask the same question concerning the Pyramids of Egypt; modern man says that it can't be duplicated.
So you believe that man built the pyramids only because you can see it. You don't believe that Noah built a big boat because it was made of wood and rotted over the years. However there is much proof that such a boat was built.
Why not do a little research and decide for yourself?

It's possible to build a boat of incredible size from wood. I saw an expirement where a wooden boat was able to float a 747 airliner. (I don't remember how they accomplished this, or on what program I saw it).
The problem isn't in building a boat, but in deciding how to build it, and which animals would be in it.
It seems obvious that not every animal on Earth would have been cointained in such a boat because there are many species that exist in geographically isolated places. Cruising around the worlds to deposit them in that manner seems a bit strange; not to mention the fact that the animals were gathered just prior to the flood.
The engineering of the boat is quite a feat, but the logistics of gathering the ceatures world-wide, and depositing them afterward isn't explained in the Bible and somewhat goes against the idea of a world-wide flood.

I haven't done the archelogical study of the ark, or historical and engineer study. However, I trust in God:

The bible is a religious book with no scientific evidence whatsoever. Every written word in the bible is based upon faith, which requires no proof. Not one of the miracles in the bible have ever been proven to be true, and that includes Noah's Ark.

The boat Noah build was no canoe! Picture yourself building a boat the length of one and a half football fields and as high as a four story building. The boat was exactly six times longer than it was wide - the same ratio used by modern shipbuilders. The huge boat was probably build miles from any body of water by only a few faithful men who believed God's promises and obeyed his commands.

I believe so. Didn't they find part of the ark on some mountain somewhere half buried in the sand? I think it was 6 or 7 years ago.
You might want to do some web searching.

Of course, because Noah loved and had faith in GOD.
Even if you had the TRUE faith of a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mountain be moved and it would be moved., is the illustration used to show how powerful TRUE FAITH IN GOD is.
It is an example to show in simple terms what having faith means!
So please don't say ok you believers go move mountains!!!! (Although teaching non believers does feel like we are having to move mountains sometimes!)
