Mental institutions are for people with sever diagnosed mental illnesses AND are a danger to either themselves or others.

You probably already knew this, and were just trying to come up with an insult though weren't you?

No, Just be nice to them , they don't know any better. Besides there isn't enough room to keep them all in at the same time. Like children, they all have to grow up and join the adult world some time. Just gonna take a while , that's all !
