evry time i try to scan a pic a thing comes up and says al0 exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. wats wrong?

The scanner software is having a problem. Sometimes this can be related to an updated Windows component, Windows Explorer, a bug in the software, or just a corrupt file. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Or try looking on the manufacturers website using various keywaords form the error message.

I don't know what software you are using, but it sounds like a missing driver. Go to the website for your scanner software and look for an updated driver.

if you got an error code or reading go to support/dell? what ever your pc is and ask them sounds like a software driver problem,not installed or needs upgrade
