The question is flawed. There is no answer. The human equivalent of "can a question be asked that has no answer?"

If God were to create a stone He could not lift - then He would not be all powerful and thus, not God.

If He could not create a stone He could not lift - then again - He has limits - and would not be God.

The question attributes human limitations and capabilities to God, then claims God can't be God if we think He can't perform within the parameters we set for Him.

God is bigger than that and cannot be logically proven to exist or not exist.

I believe the metphore you seek has been missed by the masses. The "stone" is Earth. "Lifting" the stone represents the morale of humanity.
Therefore , in zero gravity, or in several gravities, it would seem an impossible task

I use to ask myself those kind of questions about God. Then I realized, we are making god like a man. God is not a man. Do not put him inside the box, when in actuality he is the box... and everything else outside it.

God is not a person or man, we as humans cannot fathom his abilities. He created all, full stop.
