from a genetics perspective, Black hair is dominant, while red hair is recessive, and the same goes for brown eyes over blue eyes.
If you are talking about appearance... it depends on the circumstances, and whom you are with. If you are in a room full of people with black hair and brown eyes, the person with red hair and blue eyes will stand out. The converse also applies.
