joico k-pak!!!! you can get it at salons (even walmart salon) or online. i worked at a paul mitchell store that sold it and it is amazing. the only thing i will use. you could use the shampoo and conditioner daily and then get the deep penetrating conditioner and use it 3 times a week. your hair will be gorgeous in no time. it is fantastic stuff.
p.s. do not use pantene. it has wax in it and that is what makes your hair look smooth. it will eventually coat your hair and then your hair will begin to break off. i know salon stuff is more, but it is so worth the money.

try Nexus Humectress- that works very well.
You can try a homemade hot oil treatment: put olive oil in your hair - place a bag over your hair and clip it closed then use a blowdryer to heat it up a bit - let it sit on your hair for a while, then wash it out be sure to use conditioner.

I know this sounds gross, but it works.
A jar of Mayonnaise, let it stay on your hair for a good 20 minutes.
It works.

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize, everything. Conditioner for the hair, (just add to the ends, not the scalp) body lotion for the skin.
