Tell him that you don't want to be around him anymore and that you don't want him to call you, text you, whatever. If he continues to do so against your wishes, go to the police and get a police report which can lead to a restraining order.

Well if you dont think that your current boyfriend will understand this situation, just tell the x that you are seeing someone else and that unlike him, you are NOT a cheater.
Tell him that he had his chance and that you are no longer interested in having your heart raked over the coals.
If he continues to 'stalk you' call the police and file a report.
If he is a decent citizen he will definitely get the message.
If he isn' t then he can go to court and explain to the judge why he cant let go of you.
Either way I think YOU are doing the correct thing by moving on with your life.
GOOD LUCK
p.s. NO man is worth cutting your wrists for!

If he's hurt you, document it. Keep a log and photos. Call the police and get an Order of Protection. It's a good idea to let your current BF know but not so that he can confront your ex. Confrontation rarely works; it just escalates until someone really gets hurt, physically.

It's pretty simple. It's called not having any contact with him. If he is the stalker type then call the police, get a gun, mace, a stun gun, knives, a hitman. Point is if you don't want him to bother you there are ways to accomplish this.
He may be a tough guy and stronger than you but I would bet he's not tougher than 119 grains of lead traveling at 1,200 ft per sec.
If all else fails have your new boyfriend kick his ***.

Well, have you tried talking normally to him? as in asking him nicely to stop messing with you? If over the phone wont work meet him in a public place with your new boyfriend and explain to him that he needs to move on cuz your happy now and what he did to you was wrong. He sounds like an ***, so normal talking might not work, hell, if it get outta hand involve the cops...theres tons they can do for you. Dont be scared. But do what you gotta do. Hope this helps

tell him you're busy and you're not interested in him anymore, don't make time for him i cant believe you let him do those things to you. if he keeps bothering you you will have to tell the police to call him and they will ask him to leave you alone, and at that point you will never have to hear from him again. once a cheat always a cheat so you should learn your lesson and move on dont worry about him he is a ****

okay you need to put a restraining order on him , dont let him rule your life like that. its not fair to you or your boyfreind. get the police involved i had a boyfriend that sexually harased me and after we broke it off he still harasssed me and his friends would drive by yelling obscenities at me. I got a restraining order. they are easy to get just to go to a police department and let them know what he has been doing to you. he will be told to stay away from you and if he gets close to you or says anything to you dont feel bad about calling the police its your life you are talking about good luck i suggest you do this it sounds like he could get a lot worse

You will probably have to go to court and get a restraining order. The thing is, if he comes near you after that, you have to call the police, no wavering or feeling sorry for the guy.

Tell him like it is. Why should you be nice to him? He obviously didn't care about the things he did to you. I live by this motto, treat someone, how you would want to be treat.

Tell him over the phone or ignore him, if you are afraid of him.

Be with someone else close. ( better more than one) and tell him, if he tries later on to hurt you. Call the police. It's serious.
