It's evident that you love and care for your sister. You don't want to see her get hurt.
However, you can't control others, and putting your values on others isn't something that helps. It's your sister's life, and she has to live it and experience it. Continue to love and support her in her decisions, and be ther for the rough times and the good times.

How much older? If they are both over 18, I wouldnt stress too much over it.
