If the woman is ovulating, usually between the ages of 11 until about the age of 65, and a man is producing viable sperm, there is no "safe" time for a woman to have sex and not become pregnant.
And for those people who posted before me, the pill and condoms are no guarantee against pregnance. And for the little girl who thinks a woman can't get pregnant while she is having her period, wrong, wrong, wrong.

The safest would be right after you've finished your period....but that doesn't mean you woun't get pregnant....it just means the probability will be less. The only way to have sex and not get pregnant is by using birth control (the pill, the patch, an injection, condoms (male), condoms (female) or abstinance (no sex).
And, I got pregnant with my son, just after finishing my period cause i thought i wouldn't .....But, I was ready and wanted a child, so for me it was a blessing in desguise. I've known people who haven't been so lucky.

never really i mean yeah you can use your menstual cycle and hope that you counted the days right. otherwise i would go with using a condom always and getting on birthcontrol and if you really dont want to do those things then get a historectomy but be sure you never want to have kids cause it is hard to undue that surgery.

honestly never, because sperm can live inside of you for up to five days. Always use a condom and it is smart to get on the pill.
