Well, maybe then Christians today would be focusing on the life of Jesus rather than all this mind-numbing mob hysteria about his dying to "pay for" their "sins". Had Rambo saved him, maybe Jesus's life as a teacher would have actually meant something.
As you see by some of these answers, the only true value Jesus has in the minds of Christians is his death. To them, his ministry - his life as a teacher - serves no practical purpose.
Ever watch someone trying to teach a dog to chase a ball, and instead of following the ball the dog just stares at the hand of the person who had thrown it -- the person who's pleading, "C'mon, boy, go get it, go get the ball." That's Christianity - ignoring the ball and staring at Jesus's empty hand.

First, it would mean there is time travel.
Second, it would mean that a fictional character has come to life... I'll let you puzzle over which one.
Third, it might mean that Stallone could achieve salvation... of his career. Then maybe he could raise Gabe Kaplan's from the dead.
Finally, there would be less Christiantiy.

We wouldn't have anyone saying Jesus died for our sins and get saved...blah blah. Maybe Christianity wouldn't be so popular. Not much would change, we would just have to find another way to justify our wars and wrongdoings.

Jesus went willingly to the cross. He would have told the fictional rambo to go fight his own fight. Rambo is a brainless sissy boy anyway.

the religion of christianity wouldn't be around as the whole thing is based on jesus and that would mean that judaism or some other religion would the biggest religion in terms of membership

Would not happen. Peter drew his sword, ready to fight and cut off a servants ear, and jesus made him put his sword up and said if he wanted to he could call ten thousand angels to save him, but he was giving his life freely.
