The Stuttering Foundation of America has information on their web site at www.stutteringhelp.org and a book Self Therapy for the Stutterer that has steps for stutterers to help themselves if they can't go to a speech therapist. Any public library can get free books and DVDs from the Foundation, so check your library to see if they have gotten some.
