There is no fabric and especially no cloth dye (which is more likely to be an irritant than some type of fabric) which would trigger allergies that is allowed to be sold in countries with good regulations (including U.S.A. and most countries in Europe).
On the other hand, you can really get a bad case of asthma or allergy from your pillows, just because they are full of dust. But then you are allergic to dust, not to the fabric. Washing the pillow at high temperatures can help, because it kills the mites in the pillow (they feed on shed miniature hair scales there), which are a reason for the dust allergy.

Usually you'd want to stay away from down (duck feathers). It would be best to buy pillows that are made from synthetic materials only.
