Being gay isn't an unpardonable sin. I never walked in your shoes, and i have no clue how hard it is for you. I believe and trust God, first and foremost, because in my own life, everytime I do, I am abundantly blessed by Him in many ways. God loves every person in this earth, that is why He sent Jesus to be the pure sacrifice for all. You don't have to stop being gay to be saved. Jesus says, come as as you are, and I will give you rest. He died for you too. Trust God and not in man to help your heart live for Him. I promise you, you cannot have a relationship with God and continue in sin. I tried that myself (nope, i'm not gay, but I still had sin in my life). I take one day at a time, I don't try to be perfect anymore. I seek God every day, I stumble sometimes, I don't try to pretend anymore, and my relationship with Him grows and the grows. The more I seek Him like Father, the more I am able not to do things that tear me down. I'm not going to give you the list of my sins, but I know that I am not exalted over any person. I am just a sinner who has decided to trust in God. I hope you continue to seek God, not man, and He promises to give you heart that seeks good things. God judges your heart.

Well i am sorry you have felt out of place. That is a major problem in society. God does call out sinners and he desires to use Saints to call these sinners. Saints instead point fingers, legislate and hate and therefore do not demonstrate compassion, understanding, and mercy.

I personally do believe homosexuality is a sin. Yet I believe there mab be more professing Christians who are heterosexuals and in sin then there are gay and lesbians. Unfortunately homosexuality has become the target sin of our generation it seems. You can't help your feelings, I do believe there is power in Christ. And you can be changed by Christ. I hope you will continue to seek Him.

If you want an open, honest, biblically sound, and caring voice to talk about this, feel free to PM me.

While reading your question I got a clear impression that you are so precious to God. I just felt it. You are a beautiful person.

Can I tell you something? I was saved in 1988 and feel extremely close to the Lord but I don't go to church at all anymore because the saints in general are so polluted with garbage I feel safer staying away from them. Not that they're murderers or even drug users, theives, or other things - just that I don't feel even the leaders practice the "LOVE" that they preach. You hear all this talk about love and serving and looking out for your brother but it seldom is put into action. This is based on my own baggage and is a struggle I'm trying to overcome personally...

I'm way off track but there's a point to saying this and it's that this world is so mucked up - both saints and sinners. It's hard to find anyone to trust and learn and grow from in the ways of the Lord. Our world has simply become so corrupt. When it is legal to kill unborn babies, something is definitely wrong with us.

You are gay and you acknowledge this is against the word of God and I'm blessed that you do. But all you know is that your chemistry, emotions, and flesh tell you that you are what you are despite that it's not how God intended His creation to be and there's nothing you can do about it. You must be true to yourself. For this I commend you. At least you can tell the truth.

But here is the thing. Satan is the prince of the air and he is out to steal, kill, and destroy. He is out to lure people away from God so that they don't find His GRACE, so that they don't receive salvation, so that they don't live in accordance to the truth and goodness of God's promises. He'll push every button on every person he can that will ensnare them and keep them separated from God. For you, he's convinced you that you are something God didn't create you to be. Your feelings? Your desires? They've all been manipulated and molded by the evil one throughout your young life to make you this way. I guarantee when God designed your eyes, gave you the color of your hair, the shape of your hips, the length of your legs... I guarantee he didn't give you the wrong sex organs.

The way you are now is a result of much planning and manipulating by the devil of who you actually are. But it is not who you were meant to be.

Please seek the Lord and ask Him to show you the truth of everything. And then be willing to surrender the chains that have bound you as He opens your eyes. It won't be easy, but you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Get into the word and read, read, read. Listen to sermons on television and the radio. Seek, seek, seek. Take this situation directly to the Living God above personally and listen to what He has to say and show you.

I saw a man on tv a few months ago who used to be a homosexual all his life but now it was gone and he was married with a child and he goes around speaking about his story.

God loves you and Jesus wants you to be free. He died for you so that you could be. You are so precious.

Now go.................... Find the truth for yourself dear one.

My friend, as long as a sinner refuses to see their sin, it is likely they will feel out of place. Remember too that the sin in is our actions, as well as out thoughts. My adice is take care of your soul first. Let God heal the rest.

Christians should not push sinners away (we all are sinners), but we need to keep reminding the people who go to church, that they need to try and do (with God's help) all that He has commanded us. That we need to repent of all that is sin and ask God to change us.

To people outside of the church, we need to tell them of their need for a Savior and point them to Jesus.

scripture does not support being involved in homosexual activity. althought we may wish we could change God's word at times, we cannot. it says what it says. it is not the saints that push you away.

Read the Bible and you'll see why Christians can't support your choices. God made man and woman, set things in order, we know He wasn't confused.
