I'm not sure if you're asking if you should have received a violation notice (of course not, I've seen far more offensive questions here) or if you're asking again about condemnation?
If the latter, then my personal view is that sexual orientation is something you are born with. Would God condemn someone to hell simply because of their eye colour, skin colour, artistic ability or a disability? I think not.
Similarly sexual orientation.

If I believed in a creator god, then surely every living being is of divine creation.
Sexual orientation does not confer morality or immorality, it has no bearing on the persons sense of ethics.
There exists a great difference between the god of religion and the divinity of a personal spiritual experience.
Religious codes and laws are truly only written by particular men or politicians of their time, who seek influence and control over society.
They can never be your own personal account, or connection with god, and so are tainted by the original authors prejudices and ignorance's.
So if one speaks of a gnostic or a mystical God, then sexual orientation would only be seen as one of many human traits, on the physical level, as eating drinking, sleeping, socialising etc.
It is in the deeds or misdeeds that our Karma is developed, not in how we are born with the potential for different personalities and sexualities.
I could only believe in a compassionate god, holding the source of enlightenment, tolerance and understanding.
Lastly I believe that life is full of suffering, which in its self creates a real living hell.
There is no other realm of hell, and if there was a living god wouldn't such a essense be without all the hatred of mortal humanity? could a god be as ignorant and cruel as humans?
If so, then it is not a god but more a kin to a demon.
There are also human beings who are compassionate, tolerant, and masters of logical reasoning, surely a god couldn't be out shone by such human virtues?
So no, I can't believe a creator god would condemn to hell its own creations, for the mere matter of their sexual orientation.

I don't really understand the violation notice. I'd say it's a valid question and one some people would ask a priest or minister. It's a Dear Abby question.
Does one sin end a life. It's more a life of sin. If you cheat. If you do heavy drugs. If you indoctrinate young people into things. If you lie. If you weasle out to save your own skin. If you live for gratification and only gratification thinking only of the self and how good it all feels. Then you've got some problems and issues. Not only with God, but possibly the court system in most areas.

I don't believe in a God, but I gather God is supposed to forgive.
I heard a discussion on radio 4 that was saying our vision of hell only really arose recently, before it was more of a dark grey boring place where you were alone from God, which was the worst punishment possible, and that it was simply a temporary thing to make you want God. Eventually all would go to God as it wasn't your actions being punished it was your pushing God out your life.
If I believe at all that's there's a Hell that exists for an all forgiving and loving God, that it.

Why do people on Yahoo give answers without reading the questions?
Why do people on Yahoo report you for abuse when you have not actually broken any rules?
Why do the Yahoo police not read the abuse reports before issuing a violation notice?
Why do the Yahoo police not take heed when you object to the issue of a violation notice?
Why do we put up with this $hlte?
Are we just too tolerant of these bloody nincompoops surrounding us?
Why don't we leave all these idiots and morons behind?
Why do we keep coming back?
Do we just enjoy the company of all the nice, intelligent people that we keep meeting on here day after day?
Shall we just agree to ignore the faults and enjoy the good things on Yahoo Answers?
Am I being paid by Yahoo?

I don't believe in God or heaven or hell, because I don't believe in an objective good or bad.
But if I can modify your question to 'Does peoples sexual orientation make them good or bad' I would have to say that, in my subjective opinion, no it doesn't.
There are a lot of reasons to dislike and hate people, so I try to make mine good ones. Issues like who they love and how they gratify themselves with other consenting adults in the privacy of their own home is not one of of them, simply because it isn't my business or problem.
Being gay or straight or any other trivial issue like colour or religion doesn't give anyone a disadvantage about whether I like them in my opinion, or how I will treat them - but it doesn't mean I will treat them any differently either. I judge people by their behaviour and actions.

No. He will condemn us to hell if we refuse to acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God and accept His death and Resurrection for the forgiveness of our sins, including any kind of sexual orientation. Continuing to practice a sexual behavior against God's will can be risky living if you want God to forgive you of something you disagree with him about and something you refuse to stop doing.

If God is the creator of all things, why did he create homosexuals if he doesn't like them?
I think this world should start growing up and letting people live their lives without refering them to a 2000 year old book of illogicalities.
p.s. I'm reckoning around 8 thumbs down for this.

Yes and No. It all depends on the belief system of the individual who is perceived to be outside the norm. In other words...
If that person has no concept of heaven or hell, or if that person does not believe in the existence of heaven or hell, hell will not be the reality they create upon death.

Well you said "simply because".
It makes it sound like no big deal. Like would I get a speeding ticket "simply because" I was going 2 miles over the speed limit?
I guessing your light hearted approach to what most christians consider an "abomination" to God, is what got them to report you.
There really ins't a clear answer to the original questions, depends on your faith.
