Actually, there are health benefits to drinking tea and coffee. Tea contains a lot of antioxidants, especially black tea and green tea. There have even been studies that coffee is beneficial in a number of ways. I think the idea is to drink it in moderation, because too much caffeine can be a bad thing. 1 or 2 cups a day is fine.

Depends on who you ask... and what you put in the coffee or tea.
My answer is no.
Coffee and tea are good for you, they are rich in antioxidants and a whole bunch of good stuff. Just don't add too much sugar or cream & you'll be okay.

Depends on your system, I drink tea all day from sun up to cocktail hour. Never had a problem. with cream and sugar I might add.
