A hypothetical question, if you are Muslim and you neighbor is a Muslim too and he killed a Jewish woman, the cups come to your house and asked you who kills that women are you going to tell them the truth? No other option.

How about a realistic answer from a Muslim?
The answer is yes, you have to report the killer no matter what his religion is. A Muslim MUST report any injustice no matter who is involved, even if his own brother.
On a separate note, both Judaism and Christianity are acknowledged by Islam and a big fat NO to anyone who claims that Islam calls them non-believers. Christians and Jews are people of the book as per the Quran.
