I've currently been working out, i've gained 20 lbs in the last month. (muscle)

I am only eating 3 times a day, but i want to up that to about 6 or 7 times a day with smaller meals.
What times should I eat during the day, and when should I workout between them????

There must be a gap of 3 hours between ur meals, Regarding the work out u should always work out at least 2 hours after a meal.
