In a prison 3 prisoners
1.the first one will be free in 3 years
2.the second in 8 years
3.the last one took a sentence for life
One day the big boss decided that he will cut half the time for each one of them. So the first has another 1.5 years the second will be free in 4 years and the last???

I think the life sentence is 15 years or so..so ..in about 7 and a half years..

The last one doesn't have any time cut because he's doing life! The only way to cut your life in half is by death I think!

i would say that he wouldnt get out because he was sentenced to life but...
the average male life expectancy in 2007 is between 79 and 84 years old. so if you want to get technical, assuming the man is 30 years old, he would get out of prison in about 24.5 years (least) or 26 years at the most.

If he was sentenced to life he would probably get out in about 15 years (the justice system being what it is) so 7.5 years.
