i dont know anything about durgs, but i seen some marijuana in a small bag outside my house, and i want to know why it was so dry,
and why it looked like a mini plant shriveled up with the stem still on it?

turn it in to you local police, and just see how far "I found it will get you."

If it's not dry it won't burn. It's on a stem beacause the stem adds to th weight, which is how it's sold. Also, it's too much trouble to clean it of stems for the grower. Pull off the green bits and crumble them up.

Because that's exactly what it is. A dried plant. If it still has the stem, that just means that your dealer - I mean, the dealer of the anonymous person who mysteriously dropped this bag outside your house - sucks. lol

they dry it out so it can be smoked. ever opened a cigarette? the tobacco is dry so it can be burned, i.e. lit on fire and smoked.
