Low self esteem

Jesus describes God as a Spirit, and our assumption is that a Spirit would not have human emotions. But he also described our relationship to him as that of a child to a father.

Fathers do have emotions, and it would seem natural for God to experience love, pride, and concern.

As for anger and Jealousy, I don't know. Some have explained these old testament traits as human mis-interpretations.

Jesus did demonstrate anger, and on some occasions, it seems that the angels did, as well. If God is a perfect being, perhaps it is possible for him to experience all emotions, but still be able to express them without sin.

Realize that any reference to this is based on what MAN has written.

Man has the annoying and distracting habit of anthropromorphizing everything--even the concept of a god. Look at the movies and books about talking animals or animals doing uniquely human things. Man wants everything to be in his image--including what man doesn't understand.

Putting human emotions on a deity make man feel more important than he is. There is nothing particualrly special about humans outside of the fact that they are the first animals developed on this planet that have the ability to totally wipe out other species. If you can call THAT special!

Jesus describes God as a Spirit, and our assumption is that a Spirit would not have human emotions. yet he additionally defined our relationship to him as that of a infant to a father. Fathers do have emotions, and it will look conventional for God to understand-how love, delight, and challenge. As for anger and Jealousy, I have not have been given any thought. some have defined those historical testomony good factors as human mis-interpretations. Jesus did show anger, and on some activities, apparently the angels did, as good. If God is a appropriate being, in all probability it incredibly is conceivable for him to experience all emotions, yet notwithstanding be waiting to particular them without sin.

Because we are made in the image of God and are capable of emotions, like Him. That would also include what some would regard as negative emotions. (I believe that all emotions have their place if they are not improperly abusive)

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."

God doesn't. Men subscribed those emotions to god in an effort to not only understand what they could not understand, but to rationalize their own wrong doings.

God is the creative life force in all things. There is no emotion involved. There is only life and it's perpetuance through all things. Raw nature is not jealous. Raw nature is not angry. It simply is.

You're brave asking questions like this. The Christians may report it.

God has those emotions because when he was invented he had to be a strong war-god to appeal to the people following him. Notice they spent how many years in the desert at war.

Would you want to worship a God that could not connect with you? An alien God with alien emotions, who would want to worship that?

He has those emotions because he is alive, self-aware, sentient.

He has those emotions because he is our father.

If you have children you would be jealous if your kid called someone else father.

You would be angry if they disobeyed you.

I don't think God jealous from anyone

But he does get anger when someone compare anything to him

Why does people compare Prophets, Fire, Stones to God when he send more then million Prophets to guide us.

► The Trinity, in fact, was established by councils which convened in the fourth century more than three hundred years after Jesus. Emperor Constantine wanted a religion that appealed to him personally. He promoted Jesus from the rank of a prophet to the rank of a god!! Thus Jesus became God by decree and the Holy Spirit became God by another decree! They made a compromise: "God is one" to please monotheists and "God is three" to please polytheists. The final output was "three in one" to please no one and displease no one. A religion by voting!! A vague god: ONE if you want him one. and THREE if you want him three, and ONE IN THREE if you wish or THREE IN ONE if you prefer it
