Use a scart cable from the freeview box to the tv and an Arial

With a standard SCART cable, just like anything else. They have twin SCART connections so you can hook up your other devices through the freeview box as well.

if you have a modern tv ... then use scart lead , if not use scart to rca plugs and plug these into colour coded audio and video sockets . if you haven't got this , then the good old fashioned co-axial cable will do . just go from ariel to digi. box and from the outlet to your inlet on the tv. . but remember don't watch more then 3 minutes a day or you will get square eyes
