Just be a gentlemen. Give her your bed to sleep in while you sleep on the couch.
You can get into trouble with funny business especially if she has had a few drinks.
I'd tell her ahead of time what you plan to do.
If you wait until the last moment to say something she may think you're up to something.

The only smart thing you can do is have a non-drinking designated driver, because you can't go drinking and then drive ANYWHERE! Bring her to your place first, then ask her if she'll need a ride home afterward. If yes, the DD should be a trusted friend. If no, save the hassle and use a taxi to & from the club as the DD.

The gentlemanly (is that a word?) thing to do would be to bring it up ahead of time. Tell her that you do not think it would be wise for you to drive an hour there and an hour back after clubbing and would she mind staying at your place. Tell her that you don't have any thing in mind, just for her safety as well as your own ti would be easier.
You should tell her ahead of time so that she can bring things with her to prepare.
Have fun!

Tell her beforehand. It is very nice of you to keep her from driving after drinking. And since you have known her for a month, I feel it is appropriate to invite her. In her place, I would probably say yes.

I think you should bring it up before hand. This way, if she's not comfortable with staying over at your place, she can arrange to get home on her own. Or, you can make sure not to drink that night so that you can drive her home without any problems.
If she's ok with staying over, you can then both split the cab fair to and from the club.

Express to her your concerns about drinking and driving and see if she is OK with the idea of staying at your home. You should assure her you will not harm her in any way. Offer to sleep in another room this is always helpful.

If you've known her for a month, and if you've gone on three dates at minimum, that's fine. I would make sure to bring this up beforehand since it's a concern for you.

if you will be drinking by your place then absolutely ask her. let her know before you even meet up that driving her home after drinking is not an option and she is more than welcome to stay at your house or in a motel if she is not comfy staying with you in your bed or on your couch.

It's not appropriate. I think you could make arrangements for her to stay with a female friend who lives near your home, or maybe even put her up at a hotel.
