you're young and growing, you need to eat well and move a lot.
you don't sound fat but only your fat percentage and other things a dr can do will tell not just weight.
now you have to stop eating junkfood and drink more milk or soy milk or yogurt, more protein which your body needs as well like chicken and fish.
you don't need french fries , cookies or chocolate. you also don't need soda . try eating vegetables and fruits especially those dark ones like . you also need to drink water all the time .
you need to be active, participate in school activities, and avoid dangerous games especially unsupervised by an adult like a coach.
never try skipping meals or going on a diet without a doctor's help or dietician.
you don't want health problems that will keep you sick for the rest of your life just to look good for now, you want to become strong , smart, and successful in life. i'm sure you want to look good as well. please be careful and stay as healthy as you can.

Caleb, Honey, your only 12!! How about sports?? That can help ditribute your weight!! There is no FAST, SAFE, way to loose weight!! Plus your still growing, relax, don't worry so much about your weight. If you drink alot of soda, try water, if your eating alot of junk food try fruit and veggies!! Find a friend and ride bikes, or go for long walks, of course don't forget to take music along......Talk to mom also she might be of some help!! But most of all go easy on yourself, your to young to be worrying about this now!!!!!!!

Get moving and eat healthy! Cut back on junk food and sodas and eat a good balanced diet with protein and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Walk, ride your bike, play sports - anything to keep moving.

At 5'3", even though you are young, it sounded like you might only need to drop 20 pounds or so. Try eating yogurt and soup and laying off the pasta and bread for a few weeks.....

At your age, as long as you're eating healthily and getting regular exercise, then you will find that your proportions will change for the better over the next two or three years. If you're really concerned, talk to your parents, or go and see your doctor for advice.

Your 12. Just cut out junk food and stay active. You are still going to grow. I healthy diet is what you need to grow and stay fit. Go out side and do things. don't sit around and play video games and watch T.V..
