Just go out and have fun! Just don't do anything that could get you into trouble...you don't want to remember this as the birthday you spent the night at jail or something like that. Go bowling or get your friends together and glam up for dinner and a movie. Have fun! Happy Birthday!

Here's what I did when I turned 18. I woke up and went to the gas station and bought a can of snuff and a pack of ciggarettes, got home and tossed em in a drawer cause I didn't dip snuff or smoke. Later that day I went to an "adult store and bought a Playboy magazine. When I t got dark me and some friends went to and 18 and over club downtown. Just have a good time and do the things you werent supposed to do until you turned 18. Happy Birthday.

Judging from your previous questions, you are not a virgin. Therefor the easiest answer doesn't apply, though it may not have been the best anyhow. I could recommend taking in a good movie, hitting a good restaurant nearby that, then going to a dance club if that's what you enjoy, all on yor date's treat or going stag with a group of friends.
I spent my 18th pretty much alone, and that pretty much sucked wind bigtime, even though 18 was legal to drink then. I walked to a store, bought 1 beer, drank it in the woods, and walked home again. Whee! Partypartyparty.

Start introspection in to what you have done so far in your life. Make plans for based on that for future. You are on the stepping stone to youth and adulthood so plan wise. Partying, frolicking are all good that give temporary happiness. Reason what will give true happiness. Visit some orphanages or hospitals, give and volunteer. You will remember it for ever
