Something my bf said did ot add up and he left his email open and there was an email sent saying - hey you not up to much except thinking of you............ please tell me your thoughts.... I do not want to say anything directly incase I am going off on one but I have just this second read it and I feel sick

dont wait... talk to him... if its nothing then just apologise and say oh well no worries then.... but it could be something and if it is the best thing to do would be sort it out now.... confront him calmly with a printed copy of the email in hand... dont argue because if you are wrong then the last thing you want to do is loose him anyway... if he has been cheating get rid of him asap and find someone who is worth your love and attention

If he has already said something which doesn't 'add up' alarm bells would be ringing in my ears, but don't 'go off on one' wait until you have calmed down before you say anything, but you really should front him with this, because if you don't it will eat away at you.
It's better to face facts now, I wonder if he doesn't normally leave his email box open if he has done it for a reason, what reason tho you will only find out by asking.

If you wanna know you've got to ask. I'd just ask him. If he has nothing to hide then there wont be a problem.
I get text messages from girls sometimes and they leave little kisses at the end and sometimes my girlfriend sees them but she knows they're nothing serious. I put kisses at the end of texts and emails, it's just one of those things. Perhaps you've got his email all wrong. It's always better never to assume, that's why you should just ask him.

Just ask him about it or tell him you sent a reply back saying you were busy with your girlfriend tonight . that should do it .

sounds quite innocent, i e-mail someone on here regular, theres absolutely nothing in it, i dont even know his real name but i dont feel the need to tell my husband , but its not a secret and means nothing at all..trust or bust babe just ask him...or send a return e-mail and see what you learn!

Who did he send the email to, was it you or someone else, if it was to you then no problem, if it was to someone else then you need to ask him to explain then thump him.
