If so, did it work? How much weight did you lose and how did it work for you?

I have the opportunity to attend one of these seminars in my area and my husband thinks it's a scam. Please give me some insight on this.

I once did this. A friend had lost some weight with the help of a hypnotist, and I, feeling quite motivated, did the same. In the end, it did not work for me. I have also tried a hypnosis tape that I bought, and that did not work either.

Oh I think that the only thing that works is learning portion control, eating well, and exercising.

Quite possibly, your husband is correct. Best of luck to you.

Oh goodness. I think your husband is right. If you want to loose weight you have to drink lots of water, minor exercise (walking after a meal), in the summer got out and sweat your tail off. Don't forget to eat veggies and fruits. Go buy this book..
The Great Physicians RX for Health and Wellness, by Jordan Rubin. Your life will change. I'm serious, you will freak out. I don't like to read but I got this book and every thing is coming together. I was a size 9, I am back to being a 3. I fit into a size 3 jean! My husband won't keep his dang hands to himself for 5 seconds. He is hot, every female from little kid up to old lady are always hitting on him, but he literally drives me crazy wanting me. I am not complaining though, I love him and some of these teens are out to get him but he is so into me. You have to get this book and do it today!!

I think you should rely solely on yourself to lose weight not other people. I wouldn't waste my money on supplements, hypnotists, or surgery for something as simple as controlling food portions and exercise.
