It's really hard to say if infants enjoy their early stage in life due to the fact of different levels of communication. Also, adults who enjoy adulthood create that feeling due to a reference in their past, even including infancy.

For a second, I actually contemplated the question and then I read "adultery" and laughed. I don't think infants commit acts of infancy such as adults and adultery. In fact, I feel kind of gross thinking about such things... :]

As far as infants are concerned, do they have a choice? One can't be born an adult. (That'd kill every women that ever gave birth.)
Enjoyment in any stage of physical or mature development is a relative term. People enjoy some of it - and hate some of it.
