Ive experimented with this pizza myself. In theory, you would want to use the general's chicken (from a take out place) and maybe some scallions for topping, and a pretty mild cheese (provolone or mozz would prob work) the hard part is finding the right sauce for this thing. If you use too much of the generals sauce, the pizza tastes bad because that sauce has such a big flavor. You could try hoisin sauce, but again that has a big flavor as well. Please check back when you try this one. Id like to hear your results. maybe try a very sweet barbecue sauce to balance out the spice in the chicken. And maybe add some of those dried chilis on top as a garnish as well.

Oh, you are right, maybe I will make one for dinner, the hard part would be the cheese altering the flavor of the General Tso hmmmmm
