Sure, there are many things you can do. You can take a train or car to your destination. There are some really nice train rides with exceptional amenities that the both of you would enjoy. You will definitely have to get out of Kentucky though. How about Michigan or Illinois? A nice B&B with spa services would be an idea too. Congrats on your nuptuals!

take a train bus or car to mexica. there are some nice towns close to the border depending on how far you want to travel.
