That is way to few calories. you need at least 1500 calories a day or your body will go into starvation mode and defeat your weight loss efforts by turning every thing into fat. as everyone loses weight at different rates, there is really no way to determine how much and individual can lose by a certain time. recommend is 1-2 pound a week
