God scrambled the Tongues at the Toewr of Babel, because those people were trying to get to heaven some other way, than the way God set it up. It is not blasphemous to learn another language, but it is blasphemous to try to get to heaven some other way.

God confused the tongues as a punnishment for those who were trying to build a tower up to heaven. They weren't trying to to God's work at all when God got angry at them.
Genesis 11:4-7 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.
You can either take the short cut and ask others these questions or you can actually read and study the word of God for your own knowledge. What i have learned in my study of God's word or what I have come to know or what another Christian has come to know in their study of God's word, will not do you any good if you don't yourself apply the studying, reading, learning of that word for yourself.
What you don't understand that not only do you learn what God expects from you when you study His word, but that very word works on you from the inside, making you more of the person Jesus knows you can be. My studying won't make those changes from within you for you, but for me only. Get out your Bible and begin to study God's word for your own spiritual developement.
It's ok to ask questions, because that is how a person learns, but you can't learn what is necessary if someone else is doing all the studing for you.

I'm not sure I understand your question. But I don't believe that learning different languages is blasphemous. I don't believe it says anything about that in the bible. But I'm not 100 percent sure. If you can find anything else about it, let me know. That's very interesting.
Hope This Helps!

That is a very good question, but even Christians believe that it was (is?) God's will to gain knowledge and if learning another language is the way you wish to gain knowledge, then go for it.
