In theory the post office can collect postage due from the recipient of the "non-machineable surcharge" (somewhere around 15 cents) but in practice it will go through okay.

the full letter is going with the aid of the processor no longer in basic terms one corner it is going to be superb they do no longer pull letters except the handle isn't readable or the kit seems suspicious like its leaking powder or liquid

I worked for the po. and as long as it is on there, it should go through as long as you have the right address on it and the stamp doesn't cover it.

I JUST CALLED THE POST OFFICE FOR YA AND HE SAID IT IS JUST FINE AS LONG AS A STAMP IS ON THE ENVELOPE
