Does she like to be pampered? (Well almost everybody does :) ).
If she is one of those women that like facials, massages etc you could get her a day at a spa or a salon where she can relax and rewind. If you two are close you can go along with her and it will be nice to spend time with your mum.

A photo of you and your mum? Or even a family picture in a nice frame...
Or a voucher for a day spa for some pampering

Get her a calender and write in things for you to do together through out the coming year...take her to dinner, see a movie or sporting event..the important thing is that she can look forward to spending quality time with you.

I can sympathise my mother has everything she could possibly want or need. I found taking her out for the day or to the ballet, spending time with her is a great gift and it helps keep your relationship with her healthy too. Last year I took my mother out to her favourite ballet and dinner, she loved it!

Try making her a mini-scrapbook. I made my mom one that featured photos of her being the great mom she is. There were photos of my wedding, military photos of my brother and myself and other odds and ends of her and other family members. She absolutely loved it! More so because it was personal and I took the time to do it myself. Just a thought. Best wishes and good luck.

Magazine subscriptions, perfume, take her out for dinner and the theatre, treat her to a massage or facial, have a day out at a spa...

For my Mom I wrote her a poem to say how much I love her, and I made her breakfast. It was her 41st birthday and I am only 15, so couldn't really afford anything.

Just do something special for your Mom, do something you think she'll love! =D

Best of luck and Happy Birthday to your Mom ^_^
