Jeez... I didn't think you could. I thought once everything healed, you always had the scar tissue (which in this case would be bulge where the hematoma is).
But then again, the only hematoma I was familiar with in-person is one located above the knee in the tigh area. It could be that this person's healed that way becuase it was ina fatty area of the leg as opposed to a more muscular area (like a calf).
My guess would be plastic surgery? Could you/whoever speak with a physician about options?

Man i get that all the time and use a homeopathic cream called arnica and massage it in all the time til it goes away.
Whether the arnica does anything or it is just the massaging I do not know

if its a true haematoma you need to see a doctor, sometimes they need draining, if it is really just a bruise any of the answerers suggestions will do

you dont, it will naturally fade in time, the collection of blood(thats the haematoma) will be reabsorbed into the body and fade.
