these past few mths and days i have been having right side chest pain and painful pin pricks all over my body, and headache.I also have other symptoms. when to a neurologist and he has not gotten back to me on my blood test results but from what i know is i am 100% HIV negative.Just wandering whether Cancer causes this symptoms especially Lung Cancer.

You might want to check the RSV site on the net. It is a neurological disorder that can cause what you're experiencing. Most cases go undiagnosed for an extended period of time due to the symptoms. If not treated within the first 6 months it is irreversible. If you've broken a bone lately definitely check this out.

Why do so many people think that they have cancer whenever they have an ache or pain? I am sure it's not cancer. Call your neurologist and get your lab results. I don't know what HIV has to do with this either. Stop obsessing about this. It's some neurological issue.

Don't know about cancer, but these can also be the symptoms of a heart attack. You should raise your concerns to your dr.

Not that I'm aware. Lots of thing can cause these symptoms i.e....anxiety attacks. neuritis, M.S..... Hope you get some positive answers from your doc soon. Good luck
